Weekly Somatic Class
Join Madison and others for a virtual hang-out in mindfulness practice together for co-regulation, education, and experimentation.
Madison combines her decade of experience with Somatic Experiencing trauma-resolution, creative coaching, and Holistic Time Management to help us breathe beyond urgency and into a river of aliveness.

If you are new to somatic nervous system
work, this is a great place to begin.
If you are a therapist or practitioner you
will gain tools, mentorship, and deepen your own capacity.
For creatives, this is a place to loosen
the mind & open the creative channel.
For those who identify with ADHD it is
an exercise in coming out of overwhelm
to find ease & joy in action.
For all of us, this is a space of rest and
power in reconnecting to
ourselves and the moment.
This is a SLOW GLOW experience, as in, it supports us to unravel and expand over time rather than focus on or seek breakthroughs. We use the metaphor of melting an ice cube at room-temperature; by arriving in safety and presence, the freeze of trauma and creative blocks gently fall away one layer at a time.
We do not release centuries of trauma and repression overnight. This is work that deeply changes the course of life and all generations to come.
The time includes:
One hour of somatic inquiry and practice
30 mins for individuals to present any topic within the spectrum from trauma resolution blocks to creative business questions.
We encourage you to join the series that carries us through winter into spring, so we can build trust & resonance together, but drop-ins are welcome!
Come as you are, with curiosity.

What Others Have Said…
“The Slow Glow Group has totally redefined what I thought somatics were. This is for anyone living a heady or anxious experience. Anyone in need of slowness- anyone in need of ENOUGHNESS. Huge. I find myself using these skills on the sly in my every day.”
-Marina
“Feeling more ease and lightness in my body/mind than I have in a looooong time. I feel so seen and heard by Madison's work.”
-Sunny
“Group somatic work has been so nourishing and sweet! Being held in a nonjudgmental container feels so supportive. It allows me to feel safe enough to show up and just let myself exist however I need to in that moment, which gently creates a felt sense of more spaciousness and flow. And sharing that experience with others across space and time is really beautiful.”
